Myra Rosario

Myra Rosario is a successful entrepreneur and community influencer with 20+ years of sales, media, marketing and video production experience. Myra’s career began in radio advertising which led to her starting Latino Cleveland in 2007, an online platform targeting Northeast Ohio’s Hispanic communities. It has now evolved into a full-service multicultural ad agency WBE/MBE/EDGE certified, rebranded as LC Media+Marketing.

One of her most notable accomplishments was becoming Executive Producer and hosting her own weekly variety television show on NBC affiliate WKYC Channel 3 between 2014-2017, Fridays at noon. The show was called ‘Yo Soy Latino Cleveland’ and highlighted and promoted Cleveland’s Hispanic community. They covered hundreds of local-related stories and sold hundreds of thousands of dollars in advertising.

Myra currently invests in a variety of projects as a full time media producer, advising companies on how to tell their brand story and reshaping their advertising messages to fit cultural groups. Along with her diverse team and partnerships, her expertise and obvious passion shines as she guides her clients through the creative process on any project- gaining proven results.

Myra calls herself a “Cleveland Rican” as a first-generation Latina from a predominantly Puerto Rican neighborhood on Cleveland’s west side. She is a graduate of Brave Thinking Masters and shares her entrepreneurship studies with working woman. She puts being a mother first and has hobbies like puppetry, percussion and slacklining that helps her maintain work-life balance.

Aaryan Stewart

Administrative Coordinator & Content Creator

As the Administrative Coordinator and Content Creator for Latino Cleveland Media, Aaryan Stewart, brings creativity, cultural awareness, and strategy to every project. Born and raised on Cleveland’s west side, she’s an Afro-Latina of Puerto Rican descent who understands the importance of authentic representation in media and marketing. Her hands-on approach ensures that every campaign reflects the heart and energy of Cleveland’s Latino community.

With expertise in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing, Aaryan leads campaign development that drives engagement and visibility for local businesses and organizations. She manages content strategies across multiple platforms, produces high-quality visual and video materials, and tracks social trends to ensure each campaign resonates with its audience.

Since joining Latino Cleveland Media, she has contributed to major marketing initiatives for clients, including the Construction Employers Association and several community partners. A bilingual creative professional, she blends design, storytelling, and data-driven insights to deliver impactful results. Her goal is to connect people through meaningful communication and strengthen the presence of Latino entrepreneurship, culture, and collaboration in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio.

Chaz Montgomery

Web Developer | Technology & Media Specialist

Chaz Montgomery is a versatile programmer, designer, and engineer whose work bridges technology, creativity, and community impact. As a core member of the LC Media team, he brings a holistic approach to web development, graphic design, and media production; ensuring every project he contributes to is both technically sound and visually compelling.

With experience in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and full-stack web development, Chaz has played a key role in digital initiatives for organizations such as Latino Cleveland, LC Media Plus, and Rising Latino, among others. His projects range from complete website renovations and UI/UX optimization to content-driven campaigns that strengthen brand presence and community engagement.

Notable work includes “Prison Ink,” a digital portfolio highlighting the creative talents of a reformed artist, and Rising Latino, a nonprofit platform connecting and empowering Latino professionals in the construction industry.

Driven by innovation and inspired by the intersection of art, technology, and storytelling, Chaz continues to push the boundaries of how design and media can shape meaningful digital experiences.

Carlos Fuentes

Senior Program Manager

With over 25 years of professional experience, Carlos Fuentes is a senior business leader who has worked with Fortune 500 brands around the world. Carlos held senior Marketing leadership positions at Travelers Insurance and U.S. Bank in Minneapolis, MN, and PNC Bank in Cleveland, OH. Carlos also has experience on the agency side having been a senior leader at Vertis Communications in Chicago, IL where he worked with clients such as Frito-Lay, Gatorade, Best Buy, Target, Ace Hardware.

More recently, Carlos has led the mission critical internal communication and hyper-care training for the airlines that are participating in the Sustainability Roadmap for the Global Aviation Fuel Optimization Program for DHL Express since 2020. This is a global project with over 3,000 commercial airline pilots, over 1,200 ground operations staff, and 60 senior-level subject matter experts at 13 different airlines that fly in and out of 220 countries on 600+ flights every day. This project requires the implementation of large-scale data visualization solutions, Machine Learning Predictive Forecasts, Artificial Intelligence-driven user guides and training materials, workflow automations, as well as traditional and digital marketing solutions.

Carlos also has extensive experience being the program manager for the point-of-sale media buy for the Ohio Lottery Commission. Since the LC Media contract began in August 2023, the total POS media budget for the Ohio Lottery Commission has exceeded $1.16 million and is projected to increase to over $1.4 million by the end of 2024.

Beyond business interests, Carlos has a passion for serving on the governing boards of non-profit institutions, with a focus on issues related to Education, Healthcare, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Carlos continues to serve on the governing board of Bio-Med Science Academy Stem School District since 2014; he previously served on the MetroHealth Foundation board of directors for 7 years; and he was the chairman of the board of the Northeast Ohio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for 5 years.

Fabio Hinojosa

Senior Program Manager & Software Developer

Born and raised in Bolivia, Fabio carries with him the vibrant culture, resilience, and deep sense of community that define Latin American life. Growing up immersed in the energy of sports, especially volleyball and soccer, taught him the value of teamwork, discipline, and the drive to always push forward. Those same values guide everything he does today.

As Latino Cleveland’s Software Developer, Fabio is the force behind the technology that powers the organization’s software. From building websites to designing automation systems, he brings a unique blend of creativity, passion, and a strong commitment to security to every project he touches. For Fabio, technology isn’t just about writing code, it’s about building tools that genuinely serve and uplift the Latino community.

His journey from Bolivia to Cleveland has given him a firsthand understanding of what it means to navigate life in a new country. That experience drives his commitment to Latino Cleveland’s core mission: creating a digital home where the Latino community can connect, find resources, and see themselves represented.
